RV must be ten years old or newer. RV must be self-contained. Rates are for families up to 6 people at the time of reservation. (2 Adults and 4 children under 18 years of age.) Max of 6 persons per site. $3.00 per day for an extra person. Charge for visitors is $3.00 per day April 1st through Nov 30th.
Rates are based on time of year and number of people and may change without notice (not on confirmed reservations).

BLUE RIDGE CABIN (#14)

Max Capacity: 6 persons
3 night minimum and deposit for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
RV Site check-in time: 1:00 PM / Cabin check-in : 3:00 PM. Check out at 12:00 PM
Reservations: All reservations must be paid in advance with appropriate deposits. Reservations are highly encouraged. Cabin reservations cannot be made online – they can only be made by calling 828-654-7873. No adjustments for early departures, holidays, or group reservations.

14 or more days before scheduled arrival date = refund deposit less $20 administrative fee
Less than 14 days before scheduled arrival date = deposit forfeited
Reservations are guaranteed by block location. Specific site numbers are not guaranteed.
